The future is in the automated waste sorting process

  • Automatic segregation and sorting of waste (raw materials - recycled products)
  • All accomplished at higher performance and with greater efficiency than existing technologies

The business proposals of IAMAS waste management plants use new innovative technologies in such a way that:

  • Our factories are absolutely environmentally friendly
  • They offer a comprehensive and realistic solution to the largest volume of waste from human activity (urban - rural and industrial waste)
  • The manufactured product of our proposed factory plants (such as oil - petroleum products (fuel) - electricity - raw materials - recycled products, fertilizer etc.) is readily available on the market
  • The investments offered provide a a fast paced path to ROI and a high return on the capital invested

All proposed IAMAS plants , including all their parts, strictly adhere to all international standards and construction regulations.

The materials and equipment making up the factory plants are accompanied by the necessary international certifications as well as the design of the factories is such that it conforms to the strictest environmental rules of the European Union.

In the automatic segregation and sorting department, the plant receives the waste directly from refuse trucks (municipal waste) or used oil - fuel tank flushes from tankers.

Used oils follow a brief filtration and warm-up process and are then directed automatically to the reactor.

Urban waste will be dried, cut into smaller pieces and will be automatically split and sorted. Due to the high technology innovations applied in the separation and sorting system, the health of workers is protected as they are separated by use of technical methods from the waste.

At this stage, materials that will convert to DIESEL by the fractional depolymerization technology reactor, are distinguished and prepared. The remaining recyclables (aluminum iron, copper, etc.) will be stored per item as a finished product of high purity, immediately available as a marketable product . Inert materials will return to the environment free from any dangerous substance and organic materials will be processed into compost.

Compost (fertilizer) is a product of the automatic separation section, and is also immediately marketable. The compost produced, will then go through a final stage of treatment and once it's moisture has been adusted it can then can be packaged or disposed of, in bulk.

IAMAS has as a central philosophy: To establish itself and acquire a physical presence in every country that manufactures its factories, in order to actively contribute while being on the client's side.

Our company trains the staff for each operation of each new factory in any country, and it offers seamless technical support to all its customers.

IAMAS invests in research, participates and strengthens the work of its collaborators in order to further develop and improve the technologies offered, as well as to create new technologies for waste management.

Summary - operation principles

IAMAS has combined a range of innovative technologies for integrated waste management.

By combining these technologies, it is possible to manage and exploit the waste generated by human activity as much as possible, with minimal environmental impact.

Using new technologies and innovative products, we design our factories in such a way that the largest proportion of the volume of waste entering into them is processed and utilized. The range of recycled products recovered from waste by using our plants, is greater than that produced by factories using common technologies. Additionally the initial investment costs and operating costs of our factories are lower than those of older technologies.
The waste management plant consists of three main sections:

  • The automatic segregation and sorting department
  • The petroleum production department (fractional depolymerization reactor)
  • The electricity production department

In the automatic segregation and sorting department, the plant receives the waste directly from refuse trucks (municipal waste) or used oil - fuel tank flushes from tankers.

At this stage, materials that will convert to DIESEL will be distinguished and prepared by the fractional depolymerization technology reactor. The remaining recyclables (aluminum iron, copper, etc.) will be stored per item as a finished product of high purity for immediate marketable use. Inert materials, will return to the environment free from any dangerous substance and the organic materials will be processed for producing compos. Compost (fertilizer) is also a product of the automatic separation section that can be directly be made available to the market.
